How to find places with Siri

If you're looking for a local business or point of interest, just ask Siri.

1. Hold down the Home button to activate Siri.

2. Ask Siri to find the location you'd like to go to. For example: "Where is Starbucks?"
3. If there are multiple matches, Siri will show you a list and ask you to pick one. Tap on the location you want.

How to find local businesses with Siri

You don't have to know the exact name of ar business to find it with Siri. You can also search based on category.

1. Hold down the Home button to activate Siri.

2. Tell Siri what type of business or restaurant you want to find or the specific name. For example, "Find the Pod Drop in Rochester, MI."

3. Siri will now show you a list of places that match the type of business you're asking about. Tap on the one you want directions to.

4. You'll be taken to the Maps app. Tap on the green car to the left of the business name.

5. Choose the route you'd like to take and then tap Start in the upper right hand corner.

6. Voice navigation will begin so you can start your trip to the destination.

How to get turn-by-turn navigation with Siri

1. Hold down the Home button to activate Siri.

Before Siri can do this, you'll need to make sure that you have your home address programmed into your contact card and that you've got it linked up with Siri.
